Environmental status of the subject site
- Site compliance for intended use
- Costs of remediation to bring site into compliance
- Time line for remediation
Site constraints as they relate to the proposed development, including:
- Current zoning
- Required zoning amendments
- Topographic survey
- Geotechnical survey
- Existing utility servicing
- Required utility servicing
